re: expanding HOPE into rural Korea??? |

Hello there! I am currently an English Teacher in Gyeongsangbukdo (Gumi-Seonsan). The main challenge in teaching english here is too many underprivileged students in the small communities who never get the chance to take English classes or even see a foreigner. Now I am the only foreigner in my rural town.
I would be very interested in beginning a HOPE chapter here in my village of Seonsan-Gumi. Is there a chance of working together to get something started outside of Seoul. I have been in this village for 1.5 years, and will be here for at least one more year. I could use your experience to help in beginning a new group like this in rural Korea.
